What is the minimum order?

We accept orders above $120 for catering

Is there a delivery charge?

For orders between $120 and $350 these is a delivery charge of $30. Orders above $350 are free.

What are the payment terms?

Prices are inclusive of 7% GST. Price and availability of items are subject to change. Payment is made in advance on confirmation of order via credit card or company cheque. We cannot accept cash payments on delivery. 

What is the delivery timing?

You can choose a time slot in ½ hour segments. Your delivery will arrive within this 30-minute time slot. Orders can be made Monday – Saturday 8am – 8pm. In the unlikely event that the delivery is late due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot accept liability for loss or inconvenience caused. 

How many days in advance should I place my order?

Our Catering orders are two working days in advance. The cut off time is 12pm. For example, if you ordered on Monday at 11.45pm your order will be delivered on Wednesday. If you order on Monday at 12.30pm will be delivered on Thursday.

I have specific dietary requirements

Our menu has been categories to help you identify specific diets such as Vegetarian, Gluten Free and Vegan. We also have symbols against all items to inform you of its contents and what they do not contain. We have designed a search bar on the homepage to type in specific words to help refine your search. Does the order come with cutlery?

Each order comes with paper plates, napkins and biodegradable corn ware forks and spoons. If you do not require these items you may request for no items in the ‘customer notes’ section on the check-out page.

In what packaging will the items be delivered?

Your platters will come in a cardboard box and each individual item will come in its own paper cup or plastic shooter / canape cup. We make every effort to reduce the use of plastic as much as possible and hope to find a solution soon for our few items which are not biodegradable.

I have a bespoke order. Can I speak to someone?

Yes of course! If you have a specific order that cannot be accommodated via the website please contact us at catering@saladstop.com.sg or call our catering hotline +65 8922 3997 and our Catering Manager will be happy to assist.

How long can we keep the food before consuming?

Items should be consumed within two hours of delivery.

When is my order confirmed?

After submitting your order you will receive an email confirmation once the order has been processed.

Can I change my order?

Please contact us a minimum of 24 hours before your delivery day if you have amendments to your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations made 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancelation fee. Cancellation within 24 hours of your delivery date will be charged at 100%.

Can I provide feedback?

Yes please! We are very grateful to receive all types of feedback on our products. If you have a favourite item or there is something you think we can improve on please do let us know by emailing catering@saladstop.com.sg
